To celebrate Beverly's 400th birthday, I worked with Abby Battis, director of Historic Beverly, to come up with a series that would encapsulate the town of Beverly through the ages. We came up with a 5 part series that covered the 5 centuries since Beverly was first settled.
17th Century - the Balch House - the oldest house in Beverly, with portions of the build dating back to 1679. John Balch had first settled on the property in the 1630s. The house remained occupied by members of the Balch family through till 1916, and was then acquired by the Balch Family Association for preservation and was ultimately turned over to the Beverly Historic Society in 1932.
18th Century - The Schooner Hannah - The Schooner Hannah was commissioned by George Washington in 1775 and was made famous by the battle of the Schooner Hannah & the British Schooner Nautilus in 1775. The battle ultimately rendered the Schooner Hannah decommissioned after it was run aground by the Nautilus, but solidified an important moment in our nation's Naval history. It cemented Beverly as 'Washington's Naval Base' allowing Beverly to hold the distinction of being the birth place of the US Navy.
19th Century - Hospital Point established in 1871. The historic lighthouse gets its name from the historic Small Pox Hospital situated directly next to it on the property. It is an integral part of the channel of water between Beverly, Salem and Marblehead, serving as a beacon that is still operated today under the U.S. Coast Guard.
20th Century - The Falconer Statue - a gift to the city of Beverly from the Evan's family circa 1912. The Falconer Statue in Lynch Park is a bronze casting replica of the original Falconer statue (in New York City's Central Park) by English sculptor George Blackall Simonds.
21st Century - Marco the Magi's Le Grand David Spectacular Magic Company based in Beverly, running from 1971 to 2012 is recognized in the Guinness Book of World Records as the longest running stage Magic Show in History.
All designs are original and are laser scored, engraved and cut in my home studio in Beverly Massachusetts where they are also meticulously hand painted. Each piece is 2 layers of 3mm bass wood and are about 3.5 - 5ish inches in diameter. They are all finished with a semi gloss archival spray.
All pieces will have a special inscription on the back to recognize the year 2026 as Beverly's 400th anniversary along with the words Beverly 400 Limited Series. Each piece is $45 but can be pre ordered as a bundled 5 piece set with a 10% discount.

Love & adore it. Spend quality time around it. Otherwise, just be mindful to hang it where it cannot be reached by small children or animals. As a parent with a young child and 2 kittens, we cannot emphasize enough how important it is to hang it high and away from tiny hands and paws. If a hanging Cosmo has a sun catcher on it, will catch sun shine and spit rainbows if placed in the right spot.
When removing a Hanging Cosmo from the box, be careful to make sure stone is sitting completely in the net or hoop of the hanging. Hold onto the stone part as you hang it and make sure it is in a safe position.
While handling a Painted Cosmo print, be mindful of finger prints. All paintings will live their best life framed and behind an archival glass covering. All paintings are finished with a Matte archival spray.
Some folks like to charge & cleanse crystals. Allowing your crystal to bask in the moonlight of a full moon imbues it and strengthens its inherent qualities. We occasionally cleanse our stones with palo santo smoke as well.
